Refund Policy

Given the nature of downloadable digital items, we do not generally offer a refund or credit on a purchase unless required under national consumer law or other relevant consumer protection laws.

For premium users who activates the personal premium plan less than or equal to 15 days, and downloads less than 3 items, Lovepik may assess and execute refund or credit requests considering both legal terms and actual circumstances comprehensively.

For personal video premium users, once your premium membership has been activated, you will have a 15-day period to order a refund if you haven't downloaded more than 1 files during this premium plan period.

The refund for the permanent member is consistent with the above description, and all refunded images that the user has downloaded will be treated as a free user download, and you must use the image correctly in accordance with our free user's authorized scope. It normally takes about 3-5 business days to process a refund request. After 5 business days, please contact your card-issuing bank to track the money return process.

For enterprise premium users, we will not refund you unless it is caused by our materials incorrect or non-negligible errors, please confirm the details before buying.

Cancellation Policy: The products sold on this website do not support order cancellation after the order is confirmed, just close the final payment page. If you have paid, please contact us in accordance with the above refund requirements for refund.

You can request a refund at [email protected] or at lovepik site, and we will issue a refund within 3-5 working days after you submit your cancellation request (in case of a holiday, it will be postponed)( if the invoice application is successful, you can`t apply for the refund).(In order to protect the validity of the right to use the picture, after the successful download of the PRF authorization certificate, you cannot apply for refund). According to the refund policy of the third-party cooperation platform. We will deduct the commission (the order price*3.7%+$0.3) if you need to apply for refund. The commission is entirely charged by the payment platform and lovepik will not make any profit. In order to protect the validity of the rights to use the picture, the PRF authorization certificate cannot be revoked after it is successfully downloaded (that is unsubscription application is not accepted with any conditions).
